The Company

NG New Global Airlines is a South American airline in its pre-operational phase, based in South America. It is being structured to operate low-cost flights with a fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft.

Who we are

NG Airlines was founded with a clear goal: to offer low-cost air travel in South America with a financial and operational structure built to last. Low-cost carriers that emerged in the region have faced cash and scale challenges; NG was planned around those lessons.

Before the first flight, the company must complete its structuring, obtain certification from the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), build its teams and take delivery of its aircraft. Operations are scheduled to begin in 2030.

Business model

NG Airlines follows the low-cost model adopted by the segment's leading airlines worldwide, built on four principles.

  • A single-type fleet

    Operating only the Boeing 737 simplifies crew training, maintenance and spare parts inventory.

  • Routes chosen for profitability

    Each route joins the network after a demand and cost analysis, and is reviewed continuously.

  • Revenue beyond the ticket

    Optional services such as baggage, seat selection and partnerships make up a significant share of revenue.

  • Cash discipline from the pre-operational phase

    The spending schedule is planned to cover the period before the first flight, when there is no revenue yet.

Governance

NG Airlines' governance is being formed together with the company's shareholder and operating structure. As this process moves forward, the site identifies the legal entity responsible for the project and separates official information from plans that are not yet complete.
